How can I return or exchange an item?

Free shipping and returns

With the code: “shipzero”, you get free shipping and returns (free returns only for countries in EU) until February 1st, 2024. Please send us an email with the parts you would like to return and we will provide you with a return label to stick on.

 

Exchange: enclose an informal note in which size we should send the exchange back. We will send you the exchanged products free of charge.

Is there a deadline for returns and exchanges?

Please send the items back to us in the original box no later than 14 days after receipt.

Will I receive a refund or a voucher?

You can choose whether you want a refund or a voucher. Please inform us of this informally in an attached note.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

Since we are a small but excellent team, processing can take 1-2 weeks. Every item is checked by us after it is returned.

Who bears the shipping costs for the return?

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
